With over 15 years of experience in the natural products industry, Mandi is passionate about helping consumers make conscious product choices. She has worked in retail, as a key account manager for a natural foods brokerage, a brand manager for a distributor, and a category manager for a national brand. Mandi's commitment and love for the industry has allowed her to build valuable contacts throughout Canada and the U.S. Her years of experience have allowed her to become well-versed in natural brands, categories, competitive product costs, and industry trends. In her free time, Mandi leads an active and healthy lifestyle. When she's not in a natural foods market or supplement store looking for new and exciting products, she's taking trips to scenic places - and never turning down an opportunity for a good hike!



Brand & Key Account Manager, National

Emily has 10 years of combined experience in public relations, marketing, account management, brand management, and cosmetic/skincare sales. Her background gives her an edge in the health and beauty products industry, which is why she acts as brand manager for all of Blume's beauty and skincare brands. She developed a personal interest in natural products due to her passion for health and the ethical treatment of animals. In her free time, you can find her perusing natural products markets, spending time outdoors with her husband and boxer dog.

Brand & Key Account Manager, National

Courtenay Molnar is a passionate wellness advocate who works with natural brands to help them deliver innovative marketing strategies that sets them apart and attracts consumers. With over a decade of experience she continues to promote and believe in the positive impact that the natural products industry has on people and the planet. Previously, Courtenay held the positions of Wellbeing Counsellor at one of Canada’s largest food retailers, Account Manager for the largest natural foods distributor in Canada, and National Key Account Manager for a brokerage. In these roles, she developed excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities, partnered with a creative mind. Courtenay is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist through The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Allison University. When she’s not engrossed in the natural health world, Courtenay can be found exploring the outdoors with her family and dog Baloo, reading a book for her monthly book club with her sisters, and trying to keep up with her active toddler.



Key Account Manager, Western Canada 

Erin has over 15 years of experience experience building business within the natural industry on Vancouver Island and across Canada. She is passionate about product knowledge and her experience of CPG in both the traditional health food store and strategic accounts in FDM which gives her a unique perspective on industry trends. Starting in retail, she discovered her passion for inspiring others to authentically grow, learn and reach their goals. In her previous role, Erin managed Key Accounts for the Canadian territory for one of Canada’s largest pioneers of plant-based nutrition. During her time there she cultivated a keen eye for growing key accounts, scouting prospective opportunities, maximizing marketing initiatives, budget and trade managements as well as utilizing KPI’s, resulting in increased ROI for each business. Having grown up on a Hobby Farm, she learned at a young age about the power of hard work and developed a love for farm to table culture. Her downtime is filled with gardening, dancing and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Key Account Manager, Eastern Canada

Deb is no stranger to the natural products industry. She comes with nine years of broker experience. She began her career by doing demonstrations in her local Goodness Me store. Throughout her career, she has held the title of Southwestern Ontario Territory Manager, Eastern Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and Trade Marketing Manager. She is known by her colleagues for developing strong relationships and her creativity building unique trade marketing promotions. Deborah has a BA from McMaster University, a post graduate degree in teaching from the University of Western Ontario and she comes from a long line of entrepreneurs.

Key Account Manager, Québec

Liane has been working in the CPG industry for over 30 years. She began her career in marketing with a conventional broker and over time, was drawn to the natural products market where she found a passion for natural products and sales. Since then, she has worked as a sales manager and national sales manager for a distributor as well as a national sales manager for a broker. In these roles she gained extensive knowledge of the Québec market as well as built valuable relationships with retailers across Québec. For leisure, she appreciates long walks, cooking and playing a good tennis match.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Danielle has over eight years of experience in natural resource industries. Much of her work history has centered around project and operations coordination. Since 2018, she has assisted Blume with sales reporting and marketing, which led to a permanent role with the company. Danielle is a problem-solver by nature and thrives when she is able to use her coordination, project management, and technical skills. She has a diploma in Environmental Science from Lakeland College and attended the University of Calgary Haskayne School of Business. She lives in Revelstoke, BC with her husband, toddler, and border collie where she loves to hike, camp, and fish.
